How it works

From a job description to a better interview.

Four steps. Click through them to see what you and your candidates do at each one.

Describe the role

Give the vacancy a title, paste the job description and mark which of the six areas matter most. AI assembles the assessment: games for those areas and a knowledge quiz written for the job. You review and change anything before publishing, including how much each game and quiz weighs.

Short games, each a different moment to observe

Instead of asking candidates how they would act, the games let your team see how they actually approach a task. New games are added over time.

  • Short and in the browser

Each game takes about 4 to 6 minutes, on a computer or phone. Nothing to install.

  • Picked for the role

AI chooses games that fit the areas that matter for this vacancy. You can change the selection before you publish.

  • How someone plays, not only the score

Choices, timing, accuracy and how someone adjusts between rounds all count as evidence.

  • A practice round first

Many games start with a short practice, so candidates know what to do before it counts.

  • In the candidate’s language

The games and the platform are available in several languages.
