About
Made in Antwerp, by a small team that starts from the hiring problem.
Assess4me is the first product of MIST Solutions, a founder-led product studio in Antwerp, Belgium. We started from a simple tension: interviews tell you how someone talks about their work, and very little about how they actually approach it.
Start from the real tension
Every decision in Assess4me traces back to a concrete hiring problem, not a feature list.
Design and engineering as one
We move quickly but keep the product clean enough to grow when it matters.
AI where it helps, and honest about it
AI explains results and drafts content; people stay in charge of decisions. We say what is proven and what is not.
